    Itinerary

    Day 1: Coimbatore-Ooty (100kms)

    Upon your arrival at the Coimbatore Airport/Railway Station, leave by road for Ooty. On reaching, check into the hotel. Post lunch, leave by road for sightseeing tour of Ooty. The attractions that you will cover include Botanical Garden, Ooty Lake, Doddabetta Peak and the local market. Overnight stay in the hotel.

    Day 2: Ooty

    The day 2 is entirely booked for sightseeing tour, in and around Ooty. Later, you can embark on a city tour of Ooty which include Ketty Valley, Sim’s Park, Lamb’s Park, Tea Gardens, Dolphin’s Nose, Rose Garden, Avalanche and Koddandu Point. Later, return to Ooty for an overnight stay.

    Day 3: Kodaikanal (260kms)

    Post breakfast, leave by road for Kodaikanal. En-route, visit the Palani Temples. Once you’ll arrive in Kodaikanal, check in at the hotel. Thereafter, move out of the hotel followed by boating/fishing at the Kodaikanal Lake. Other attractions that you will cover include Bear Shola Falls, Golf Links, Pillar Rocks, Silver Cascade Falls and Green Valley View. Stay overnight in the hotel.

    Day 4: Kodai- Munnar (160kms)

    Post breakfast in the morning, leave by road for Munnar, one of the most well-known hill towns of Kerala. Munnar offers a breathtaking view of the Cardamom hills and tea plantations en-route. After reaching, check in at the hotel. Later, move out of the hotel for leisurely walk. Stay overnight at the hotel.

    Day 5: Munnar - Thekkady (160 kms: around 4.5 hrs)

    Post breakfast; proceed for a half-day excursion to Munnar. Here you will visit the tea estates and Eravikulam National Park. Later, have lunch and start your journey to the famous Periyar National Park, located in Thekkady. Upon arrival in Thekkady, check in at the hotel for overnight stay.

    Day 6: Thekkady- Kumarakom (135 kms/3.5 hrs)

    Early morning, enjoy boat sailing in the Periyar Lake. Post breakfast, leave by road for Kumarakom to visit Kumarakom Bird Sanctuary. Later, check in at the hotel for overnight stay.

    Day 7: Kumarakom- Cochin-Return journey

    In the morning, drive to Cochin. Post lunch; enjoy a pleasant boat ride across the Cochin Harbour. Here you’ll have the option to relax at the hotel or enjoy the local sightseeing tour. The attractions that you will visit include St. Francis Church, the Chinese Fishing Nets, Jewish Synagogue and Dutch Palace, built in 1568. Later, you will drop at Cochin Airport for the onward destinations.
